About Us

Our story began in 2020, in the midst of the Covid pandemic, when we were looking for a meaningful and engaging outlet for our son Bryan, who is now 20 years old and has Down syndrome and profound autism. What started as a simple project to help him learn new skills soon blossomed into a full-time business—one rooted in purpose, love, and community.
From day one, our dream has been to open a storefront where individuals with special needs can work, grow, and shine. While that dream is still in the works, our commitment has never wavered. Today, we proudly create opportunities for people with special needs to work alongside us, intern with us at markets, and even join us in our home kitchen for hands-on baking sessions.
Our mission extends beyond our own walls. We are passionate about mentoring at-risk youth, giving them the chance to explore practical, creative skills that build confidence and open new paths for their future.
Over time, we’ve become known for our traditional and custom French macarons, along with our gluten-free Bryan’s Brownies—a beloved treat inspired by Bryan himself. From custom cakes to cookie cakes and so much more, everything we make is infused with intention, craftsmanship, and heart.
This is more than a bakery—it’s a mission, a community, and a place where everyone has the opportunity to shine.
On a personal note, I am blessed with my husband of 29 years and our three wonderful sons. Daniel, 26, is a graduate of Sacred Heart University and Clemson, and Kevin Tyler, 25, is a proud Marine veteran currently pursuing engineering. Our family’s journey is the foundation of everything we do.
